    2. Truth. May nabasa din akong ganyang article na nanaginip saw ang tao more than 10x pero nakakalimutan Lang daw natin pagkagising

    3. A person has a dream or more than one dream every night but if you think you are not dreaming its because you just don't remember them. Based on what I've read, there is a guy, his age is 21 and haven't remembered a dream in over 3 yrs so he asked his doctor about it and doctor said everyone dreams every night its just depends on whether the guy remember them.Doctor said that means he probably fall into a deep sleep so quickly that he never remember his dreams.

  2. Ma'am what is the reason why we humans dream?

    TumugonBurahin
    Mga Tugon
    1. There is still debate over why we actually dream. Most experts believe we dream to assist the body with rest, repair and rejuvenation. Others speculate that we dream for psychological reasons: to reexamine the day's events, to reduce and relieve stress, and to provide an outlet for pent-up emotions. Keep reading to see the five most widely accepted reasons why we dream.

  3. Hi maam! This is very informative for me to interpret my dreams. I just have one question maam, What does it mean if I have a dream that has a continuation? Or should I say I have this dream in this night and then the next night is the continuation of the story that is happening to me in that place or environment again in my dream?

    1. I guess you are thinking about your dream before you sleep. So when you fall asleep, your dream was all about what you are thinking and its continuation.

Tapos kapag nagising ka na kailangan mong umupo or tumayo for five or ten minutes kasi kapag natulog ka ulit, magpapatuloy yung sleep paralysis.

    1. Ay Pak na Pak I experienced it too. And based on my knowledge/reasearches stress, lack of sleep is the commonly reasons why we experienced lucid dreaming.

If tha so dapat Hindi magpapanic Kasi mas lalong mahihirapang huminga dapat irelax ang sarile then do facial exercises or igalaw galaw Yung hinlalaki Sa paa.

      Burahin
    3. Lucid dreamers embrace sleep paralysis, they don't avoid it (which is not really possible anyway).
Sleep paralysis can be caused by a number of things: sleep deprivation, jet lag, disrupted sleep cycles, stress and anxiety, narcolepsy - and even lucid dreaming. If you want to minimize your exposure, then avoid those things. But you can't guarantee avoidance altogether; most people will experience some degree of sleep paralysis 1-3 times during their life, particularly at times of extreme stress, regardless of whether they practice lucid dreaming or not.

  7. Maam. And then that night din po. May namatay na staff ng PBB.
So ayun po?

I think kasabihan lang yan sa mga probinsya and sometimes hindi pa nangyayare proven and tested because nanaginip na ako ng ganyan pero hindi naman kame namatayan or wala namang mnamatay, but in Psychological explanation/study that is the true meaning of teeth falling out in dreaming.

  9. For me, dreams are part of learning of an individual, and it is somehow connected to our lives. Experts says that when we sleep, we totally rest but our brains keeps on working and as a result, dreams occurs depending on what we have experienced/thought on that specific day when we slept.

    TumugonBurahin

    1. That's right, but there are some people experiencing bad dreams, nightmares and lucid dreaming going to sleep paralysis it means that not all people experiencing good in dreaming.

  10. What does it mean if you wake up multiple times but you are still in a dream? It's like I woke up, but after sometime I'll realize that I'm still dreaming. What about sleep paralysis? is it a kind of dream?

    TumugonBurahin
    Mga Tugon
    1. I think it's your subconscious mind anticipating waking up from the dream. You can call that "false awakening". It is a vivid and convincing dream about awakening from sleep, while the dreamer in reality continues to sleep. After a false awakening, subjects often dream they are performing daily morning rituals such as cooking, cleaning and eating. A false awakenings, namely those in which one dreams that one has awoken from sleep that featured dreams, take on aspects of a double dream or a dream within a dream. A false awakening may occur following a dream or following a lucid dream (one in which the dreamer has been aware of dreaming). While the "sleep paralysis" is a phenomenon in which an individual, either during falling asleep or awakening, temporarily experiences an inability to move, speak, or react so it is not a kind of dream.

  12. Hi Ma'am.. Do you believe when you feel falling in your dreams at the same time in real life, an angel is carelessly took your soul? And this why some of people die in peace while they're asleep.

    TumugonBurahin
    Mga Tugon
    1. hindi totoo un neil!! may mga explation kung bkit namamatay ung tao habang tulog sila katulad ni marki cielo namatay daw sya dahil s bangungot pero ung totoo namatay sya dahil s maling gamot ung nainom nya ung iba nmn dahil sa heart attack tpos ung iba dahil sa maling posisyon nila sa pagtulog

      Burahin
    2. 50% no and 50% yes. because their is also scientific explanation that malignant cardiac arrhythmia (abnormal heart rhythm)is the most commonly cause of why people die to their sleep.

      Burahin
  13. Maam, just wondering. why does people experience such bad dreams?

    TumugonBurahin
    Mga Tugon
    1. I guess it is because of stress, strong terror, fear, distress or extreme anxiety and some clinicians believe they aid people in working through traumatic events. A bad dreams/nightmare is a dream occurring during rapid eye movement (REM) sleep.

      Burahin
  14. Being chased by someone but cannot run from it is a common dream for me, now I know what does it means. thanks to this Blog

    TumugonBurahin
    Mga Tugon
    1. yeah yeah bosss !!!! The scientific study of dreams is called oneirology. Dreams mainly occur in the rapid-eye movement (REM) stage of sleep—when brain activity is high and resembles that of being awake. REM sleep is revealed by continuous movements of the eyes during sleep

      Burahin
    2. Well, yes, in the general case.
Most people have, on average, around 4–6 dreams per night; that adds up to between around 1400 and 2200 dreams per year.(Scientific Explanation)

    2. nagkataon lng yun!!! coincidence ba friend

      Burahin
    3. I also believe in coincidence, but in scientific explanation, your memory works on the basis of recognition, and your dreams consist of material you remember from the waking world, rearranged. Sometimes, you recognize something similar to an image you saw in a dream when it occurs in waking life. You may also be experiencing the feeling of deja vu, where you think something has happened before, when it hasn't.

    TumugonBurahin
    Mga Tugon
    1. Based on my research, Incubus was the male character that roamed around in women’s dreams, pushing them towards unnatural tendencies from young age. Succubus was the feminine version of the incubus, haunting men’s dreams from young age, pushing them to have erotic dreams and savage passions. It is believed that repeated sexual experiences with these incubuses are bad for your health, and they can lead to death.

    2. I guess that is Deja Vu. It is the subconscious mind recalling a dream that our conscious minds did not recall. It seems highly possible that Deja Vu could be a prediction from a dream that you don't remember having, or a lost prediction. Dejavu can also happen in your dreams.

    TumugonBurahin

    TumugonBurahin
    Mga Tugon
    1. The real purpose or function of dreams is still not entirely understood, and precisely why we dream remains one of the great unanswered questions of behavioural science. Perhaps the best answer is that dreams help us to regulate, analyze, explain and remember recent events in our lives, in a kind of "mental housekeeping" process. Other says that it helps you understand new experiences.

Dreams about murder may be releasing repressed rage or anger towards someone or something, possibly yourself. You may want to put an end to your relationship with the person being murdered.

It will also be easier to wake up in between cycles - which is not necessarily a good thing. Unless you want to wake up five times a night :-)
